Lace up your sneakers and join us for the DASH FOR DAD, part of a national race series that is quickly becoming the preeminent national event aimed at ending prostate cancer by bringing
together athletes, cancer survivors, physicians, caretakers, family members and friends for one common mission: to end prostate cancer.
ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer, Cancer Care of Western New York, Main Urology Associates, and Western New York Urology Associates have teamed up
to bring this national initiative to Western New York for the second year in a row! The DASH FOR DAD Race is coming to Buffalo on Sunday, September 19. Our local sponsor is Dash's Market.

Nationwide, a man dies from prostate cancer every 18 minutes. But there is hope—education about prostate cancer risk and access to screenings can save
countless lives. All proceeds go toward prostate cancer research in Western New York.
Join us on your own or recruit a team. Together we can make the 2010 DASH FOR DAD Race a great success! All proceeds benefit the non-profit organization, ZERO —

Entry Fees
Entry fees are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law and are non-refundable. The pre-registration fee is $25 per participant. Race-day registration is $30 per participant.

Parking will be available at the Buffalo State College lot located on Elmwood Avenue.
T-Shirts
The first 750 registered participants will receive a long-sleeve technical shirt.
Awards
Top Male & Female Overall; Top Male & Female Masters (40+); Top 3 male & female prizes will be given to top finishers in the following age categories: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24,
25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 & 80+.
Post Race Party
Free family-friendly post race party.
Special Needs
Individuals with special needs should contact the race director in advance so that we may arrange a way for them to safely participate in our event.
Restrictions
No pets, in-line skates, bicycles, baby strollers or roller blades are allowed.
Photo Permission
Photos will be taken of participants and may be used in ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer materials and/or the Web site to promote the run and prostate cancer awareness.
Participants who do not want their picture used must contact the race director.
Volunteers
We are looking for volunteers to assist with registration, gear check, on course water, split timing, course marshals, and finish line food and water. All volunteers will receive an event shirt for
