Ending prostate cancer takes you. Get involved in the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge / Dash for Dad National Race Series in any number of ways. You can run, walk, volunteer, donate or write Congress.
Run/Walk
Most races are 5K (3.1 miles) with a couple of exceptions. Not a runner? Not a problem. Walk it. Most races have shorter distances for walking so don’t hesitate to pick a race and register. We invite all of our runners and walkers to collect donations/pledges toward their efforts. All the funds raised by individuals goes directly to programs like free testing, research, advocacy and awareness.

Volunteer
We can’t manage a race without our dedicated and wonderful volunteers. Each race needs between 50-80 volunteers (pass out food, hand out water, collect timing chips, helping out with registrations and more). Help save lives by keeping our events organized and fun. Volunteer today.
Donate
Make a donation to support prostate cancer research and treatment. Support the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge/Dash for Dad race series with a general donation or select a specific race. Click here for more details
Write Congress
One of the easiest things to do to help end prostate cancer and support our efforts is to write Congress. Too few people talk to their elected officials about prostate cancer and the disease lags far behind other diseases like breast cancer. Let your voice be heard and support increases in federal funding for prostate cancer.
Donate
Support the Great Prostate Cancer Challenge/Dash for Dad race series with a general donation or select a race below to contribute toward. Every dollar makes a difference. $100 gives a free test for someone. $250 sends an advocate to Capitol Hill in an effort to increase research funding. $500 could be used to supply 100 education brochures to those at risk.
