It’s time to lace up your sneakers once again and join The Urology Group and ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer on Saturday, September 8, 2012 for the sixth annual Great Prostate Cancer Challenge®, a 5K race to support ZERO’s mission to end prostate cancer.

Stay After for the Party/Bring the Whole Family:
There will be activities for all ages the morning after the race. We will honor prostate cancer survivors. Raffle baskets. Expanded kids zone with bouncy house, face painter and much more. Area team mascots will be present.
Stroller Policy:
We believe a fit family is a happy family and allow strollers on our course. However, we do have some requirements: you must start in the back, you may not weave through packs of runners, and you must always yield the right of way to other runners.
Pet Policy:
Out of courtesy to other runners, if you have a pet please line up at the back of the group on race day.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the Top 3 Survivors, Top Male & Female Overall Finishers, Top Masters Male & Female, plus the Top 3 Males & Females in the following age groups: Under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over.

Picking Up for Your Friends & Family:
We do allow runners to pick up bibs and T-Shirts for their friends. Please note that T-Shirts cannot be mailed. You will not need to show us your ID or copies of their ID to pick up for them.
Course Map:
The course begins at 2000 Joseph Sanker Blvd. in Norwood, Ohio.
Timing & Scoring:
Chip/tag timing will be used at this event. You must wear a timing chip/tag to be timed and eligible for awards. Age group awards will be determined by chip time.
Hazardous Weather:
While every effort will be made to conduct the event, the race will be canceled if the weather is judged to be hazardous to the safety of participants and spectators. Entry fees will not be refunded if the event is canceled.
Directions:
Accessible from I-75 & I71: Take exit to OH-562, Norwood Lateral. Exit on Montgomery Road. North onto Wesley Avenue (follow the signs). Left onto Norwood Avenue. Straight to Joseph E. Sanker Blvd at intersection of Montgomery Road, Norwood Ave & Joseph E. Sanker Blvd. Destination: The Urology Group 2000 Joseph E. Sanker Blvd 45212.
Volunteers:
We are looking for volunteers to assist with registration, gear check, on course water, split timing, course marshals, and finish line food and water. All volunteers will receive an event shirt for coming out and volunteering.
