It’s time Lace up your sneakers once again and join the Central Ohio Urology Group, the Columbus Prostate Cancer Center, Central Ohio Men Against Prostate Cancer, and ZERO — The Project to End Prostate Cancer on Sunday, September 18 for the second annual Columbus DASH FOR DAD, a 5K race to support ZERO’s mission to end prostate cancer.

  • $30 After August 15 / Race Day (T-Shirt NOT guaranteed)

Stroller Policy:

We believe a fit family is a happy family and allow strollers on our course. However, we do have some requirements: you must start in the back, you may not weave through packs of runners, and you must always yield the right of way to other runners.

Pet Policy:

Dogs on 5 foot, non-retractable leashes are permitted. Dogs must be friendly, be up to date with shots, and have no history of fighting or biting. Pet owners take full responsibility for the behavior of their pet. Pet owners must start towards the back, may not weave through packs of runners, and yield the right of way to other runners. Pet owners must also clean up after their pet. Packet Pickup and Early.

Picking Up for Your Friends & Family:

We do allow runners to pick up bibs and T-Shirts for their friends. Please note that T-Shirts cannot be mailed. You will not need to show us your ID or copies of their ID to pick up for them

Course Map:

The course, which begins and ends at 620 Morrison Road, continues along Waterbury Boulevard, Caroway Boulevard, Helmbright Drive, and Taylor Road.

Hazardous Weather:

While every effort will be made to conduct the event, the race will be canceled if the weather is judged to be hazardous to the safety of participants and spectators. Entry fees will not be refunded if the event is canceled.

Directions:

From Northside: I-270 S toward Wheeling/I-670 W/Airport, take exit 37 for OH-317/Hamilton Road, turn left at N Hamilton Road, take the 1st right onto Morrison Road/Rocky Fork Drive S,follow to 620 Morrison Road.

From Southside: I-270 E turn I-270 N, take exit 39 for Broad Street toward OH-16 W, follow signs for Taylor Station Road , continue straight onto Morrison Road, turn left to stay on Morrison Road, follow to 620 Morrison Road.

From Downtown: Take I-670 E to Airport, take the exit onto I-270 S toward Wheeling, take exit 37 for OH-317/Hamilton Road, turn left at N Hamilton Road, take the 1st right onto Morrison Road/Rocky Fork Drive S, follow to 620 Morrison Road.

Volunteers:

We are looking for volunteers to assist with registration, gear check, on course water, split timing, course marshals, and finish line food and water.
