Stroller Policy:
Strollers are allowed on the course. We ask that all strollers start in the back and yield the right of way to other runners.
Pet Policy:
We allow pets on the course. Pet owners must start in the back and yield the right of way to other runners. Pet owners must also clean up after their pet and must take full responsibility for the behavior of their pet.

Race Day Registration:

ATTENTION TEAMS & INDIVIDUAL RUNNERS: Packet Pick-up for both teams and individual runners will be race morning starting at 6:30 am.
Picking Up for Your Friends & Family:
We do allow runners to pick up Bibs and T-shirts for their friends and family. Please note that T-shirts cannot be mailed. You will not need to show us your ID or copies of their ID to pick up for others.

Timing & Scoring:
Competitive runners will be timed and scored. Results will be posted and linked to UrologyIN.com.
Hazardous Weather:
While every effort will be made to conduct the event, the race will be cancelled if the weather is judged to be hazardous to the safety of participants and spectators. Entry fees will not be refunded if the event is cancelled. There are no refunds.
Directions:
The event will take place in the parking lots of the Urology of Indiana office at 12188 N. Meridian Street in Carmel. The office is located on the west side of Meridian Street, just north of IU (Clarian) North Hospital. Take West 116th to Illinois Street and turn north. The lot entrance is on the east side of Illinois.
